Finding Worthiness

We hear (and talk) a lot about the importance of taking better care of ourselves. To help, we are encouraged to be guided by self-love, to build our self-esteem, to have a strong sense of self-confidence.

And yet, the most crucial concept of all the "selves" is that of self-worth. Basically, self-worth is the importance you place on yourself and is a fundamental element of your being, controlling the way you see yourself individually and in the world.

But, many of us are faced with low self-worth. We place our worth in the hands of others and not in ourselves.

In this week's blog, I address this important subject and share thoughts on how to start building your self-worth from the inside out. If you're looking for more support, check out this quiz that will give you even more thoughts on how to build your self-worth.
