Fierce Women Feature - Evanston Community Foundation

It's all but impossible to narrow it down to just one great woman leader or advocate in Evanston for #fiercewomanfriday. So this week, we're honoring FIVE! These women are part of the incredible team at Evanston Community Foundation.

Jennifer Valdés Del Valle, newly promoted Program Officer, who's energy and commitment to making positive change in Evanston are only matched by her insightful questions and perspectives.

Rebecca Cacayuran, VP of Community Investment, who is not pictured here but leads genuinely and brilliantly the grant making and community engagement work of the foundation.

Cynthia A Dominguez, VP of Finance and Administration, who brings a commitment to equity and fresh, creative ideas on how to improve programming while modeling the culture of respect ECF wants for all organizations in Evanston.

Lauren Davis, Program Associate, the newest member of the program team who brings love and dedication to the ideal of Evanston and how we can attain our goals of equity by leaning into the work every day.

Akilah Wilson, MPA, Communications Manager, whose understanding of policy and social justice inform everything she does for ECF to lift voices and create safe space for all to engage in the foundation's work.
