Meet the Fierce Women of the Chicago Innovation Women's Mentoring Co-op

NextGroup is honored to be able to contribute to and learn from women in the innovation ecosystem in Chicago through programs like the Chicago Innovation Women's Mentoring Co-op

I am so energized today as I finish up the orientation session with more than 50+ female/female identifying mentors and mentees for the Chicago Innovation Women's Mentoring Program. Mayra Rodriguez is my new mentee and she along with every other mentee in the program are truly Fierce Women for pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and experimenting, exploring and innovating personally and professionally. It's wonderful to be able to learn from them about how the workplace looks from a different vantage point. Thank you mentors and mentees for being supportive, authentic and curious (the traits of leaders).
