Kari Cravalho is a trained, professional coach who helps high achieving women and moms lead more empowered lives, both personally and professionally. Through 1:1 and group coaching, Kari offers women a safe place to show up and vocalize their goals, needs, and desires, without feeling guilty.
In her coaching sessions, Kari uses powerful questions to help her clients gain awareness of their patterns, limiting beliefs, and other blocks that they are putting in their way. She then supports her clients in expanding their view of what is possible, and stands for their success by offering practices and accountability.

Kari has her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Princeton.
